My job entailed me travelling around the UK prior it the pandemic. Now I sit in my home office all day and have no interaction with the outside world (apart from my dog Peggy). LADs Utd gives me an outlet and an opportunity to see people and keep fit! It inspires me to get on my exercise bike and stops me reaching for the wine every evening! It’s a fabulous thing and very well organised and supported!
